On August 20, 2003, the 15th anti-aircraft artillery regiment was formed at the base of the 337th Guards Artillery Brigade.
In 2003, the combat training of the 15th Jet Regiment was recognized as the best among the military teams of the Western Operational Command in 2003,
and awarded the transition pennant of the Western Operational Command.
In 2005-2006, the third rocket artillery division "Hurricane" of the 15th rocket artillery regiment held a camp meeting at the 232nd combined military training ground,
where it launched a standard shot. The division received a rating of "good" for the performance of fire missions.
In 2008, the first rocket artillery division of the 15th rocket artillery regiment carried out combat launches at the "Chauda" military training ground,
namely fire missions with standard shots. They received an "excellent" rating for this performance.
In June 2012, the personnel of the regiment took part in the 20th survey-competition for the best organization of physical training and sports in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The personnel of the regiment performed more than 100 exercises of the VSK and took first place among individual regiments of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
